if you want your own custom email, it's super easy to do. you'll need the following though...
lil domain requirements
1. custom domain - i used porkbun last, but really the cheapest is fine, as long as they have DNS you can edit.
2. a mail provider - i'm over on proton now, but you could use Google, Microsoft, hell even Apple these days let you plug in a custom domain on a high enough iCloud plan.
3. cloudflare - this one isn't required, but shit dawg, it's worthwhile changing your name servers to Cloudflare as their UI is nicer than a lot of Domain Registrars.
